Keep up to date on procedural changes

The processes and procedures of the company you are working for must be followed at all times. It is essential to be up to date on internal communications, training and always validate with the knowledge base prior to taking actions. Don't hesitate to ask questions to your manager or team leader if you have some difficulties understanding a specific point concerning a new procedure.

Employees are responsible to keep up to date with the new procedures.

When there is a new procedure, employees must keep themselves informed via one or all of those medias:

  • Email
  • Newsletter
  • Intranet
  • Knowledge-base
  • Meetings
  • Training

Using real-time communication to advise/inform staff of new procedures.
After staff is informed, test knowledge/comprehension via quiz if necessary. Survey staff or pool quiz results to validate that procedure has been passed along correctly.

It is essential to review if the procedure is being applied and used correctly on a regular basis. Employees will be surveyed to check if they comply with the new polices.
